It may be greying around the temples, but the Queens Hall, Narberth is 50 next birthday and there's going to be a party! It seems incredible that Pembrokeshire's number one live music venue has reached middle age but here it is, still jumpin' and jivin' like a teenager.

The Queens Hall occupies a prominent position in the High Street of Narberth, a bustling Pembrokeshire market town. Enjoying a central location mid-way between the County Towns of Haverfordwest and Carmarthen, Narberth sits just off the A40 trunk route from Fishguard to London (See Map). The Queens Hall is a community run complex, ideal for business, arts and entertainment. It consists of the Hall, full modernised kitchens, cafe and two floors of meeting rooms reached by stairs or lift. The whole building is wheelchair friendly and equipped with disabled toilet facilities and baby changing room. There is a free car park adjacent to the Hall.

We have hosted many successful events for local national organisations. These include Conferences, Seminars, Training Days, Dinner Dances and Exhibitions. All events have the option of flexible catering arrangements.


Main Hall

The Main Hall is ideal for conferences, exhibitions and large dinner functions. It has been equipped with multi-use in mind and has the following facilities:-

Balcony Room

The balcony room is a comfortable environment in which to hold meetings, and is most commonly used for board meetings, seminars and training. It may be divided into two with a removable partition, which can be very useful for breakout groups. This rooms can seat 40 lecture style, 30 classroom style, or 24 boardroom style. Catering can be provided in the room.

Gallery

Situated on the top floor, this is a large open and bright room which also serves as a gallery for the visual arts. It can seat up to 40 lecture style or up to 30 in boardroom style. It is frequently used for lectures, slide shows and workshops.
Size: 110 sq.m.

Adjacent to the Gallery Room is a smaller more comfortable room, which may be used for breakout groups or smaller meetings.
Size: 15 sq.m.

As well as offering a variety of meeting rooms and facilities in the pleasant surroundings of Narberth, there is a hotel 100m from the building for overnight stays and our own cafe-restaurant can be used for evening functions by arrangement with the management.

Oriel Gallery

Queens Hall Gallery

There are normally three exhibitions at Oriel Q - Queens Hall Gallery each month, showing work from new and established artists.

The main exhibition is in the gallery itself. A smaller gallery "Oriel Fach" is a showcase for ceramics, sculptures and installations. There is also an exhibition of photographs on the stairs that is changed every month.

We also stock a small selection of Art books and contemporary fiction and poetry from Seren.
