Therefore The Queens Hall has had to adopt the following policy: Reserved tickets will only be held for 24hrs and all tickets must be paid for 24hrs in advance of the event, no reservations on the day of the event. Please note this does not include SPAN events. Thank you for your understanding.

With the promise of cabaret and circus acts, from stilt walkers to jugglers to unicyclists, to sultry singers, tarot readers, a ring mistress with a penchant for Liza Minnelli tunes and the odd bearded lady or two, the Span Arts Christmas Bonanza is sure to set the dial to EXPLODE! for this silly season.

 Headlining will be the self proclaimed ‘purveyors of the swingingest rockin' stompska boogaloo’ the ZEN HUSSIES!

Thursday 9th December - Kill for a Seat Comedy

Regular favorite Silky returns to compere at the KFAS Christmas special this month bringing with him the Marvellous Tom Wrigglesworth who is an English stand-up comedian from Sheffield, Yorkshire. He has won the comedy newcomer award So You Think You're Funny? at the 2003 Edinburgh Festival Fringe. In 2006 he performed with fellow comedian Tom Allen as a part of the show Allen and Wrigglesworth. In 2009 he was nominated for the main Edinburgh Comedy Award. Supported by Anna Keirle .. Saturday 11th December - An Evening of Original Songs from 'Under the Driftwood Tree'

‘Under the Driftwood Tree’ are a five piece acoustic band including Pembroke boys Robbie Price and Alex Perry. Formed in February 2009, UDWT have received impressive public and media attention, including appearances on ITV's The Wales Show, BBC Radio Wales and more recently RTE Radio 1 (Ireland).

‘Under the Driftwood Tree’ bring an upbeat, eclectic variety of musical influences. UDWT have been described as 'surf-folk-pop', using catchy melodies, spine-tingling vocal harmonies and unusual instruments including: ukulele, didgeridoo and accordion. There is something magical about UDWT and people from all walks of life cannot help becoming enchanted.

Saturday 18th December - The Last Republic Christmas Show

In Association with Monnowtone

Based in Neath, Wales, The Last Republic formed in 2008 and scored their first big break when they won last year’s ‘The Road To V’ competition earning them the right to play on the main stage at the V Festival alongside the likes of Oasis and The Killers.

The band have received airplay from Radio 1 DJ’s Zane Lowe and Huw Stephens and awarded the ‘Record of The Week’ on NME Radio. In addition to playing a sold-out support show at London's O2 Arena, The Last Republic have supported The Charlatans and toured with the inspirationally independent band The Levellers. Who is the nasty Ogre, intent on turning children into beans? Why are the Ugly Sisters in the wrong pantomime? Will Jack manage to climb the beanstalk and rescue them?
