JULY 2010

Friday 2nd July - Baka 5

Span Arts

Come and celebrate the summer with Baka 5! Musicians from the Celtic fringes of Europe and the West coast of Africa join together to play the most original live world fusion sound around.

Baka's latest addition to their permanent line-up is Pembrokeshire's own well-known voice and all-round inspiration, Molara, so it goes without saying that their live show is a spectacle of music, song and dance that overflows with fun and exuberance. A fusion of yelli, celtic songs and rocking African rhythms, Baka 5 provide a feast for the eyes and heart as well as the ears and feet.

If you've been too busy or too broke to make the festivals this year, book your place at the best summer party for miles around. Plus support act, local kora wizard, Josh D.
